April Boot, Craft & Produce Fair![]() The Fair was very well attended with 36 stall holders selling a wide variety of goods such as clothes, books, jigsaw puzzles, crockery, costume jewellery, glassware, toys, fishing rods and reels, woodworking and other tools as well as an assortment of collectables. Some of the more unusual or unexpected items for sale included a mini drum set, an inflatable kick boxing pillar, a car cleaning and polishing kit, a surf board, a wheel clamp and selection of pet cushions. Produce available included fresh vegetables, plants, and jams and pickles. In addition to the Rotary stall, the RNLI also set up a corner stall. The public was very generous and our buckets contained plenty of welcome donations. Together with the pitch fees (still at only £8 for a large pitch) and our takings from our own Rotary Club stall we raised over £700 which we will put to good use for worthy causes. The next Seaford Rotary, Craft and Produce Fair will be held on Sunday 14th May and we look forward to seeing you there. posted: Sunday, 16 April 2017 |
