Young Musician Regional Final

Matt Flood, who is lives in Newhaven and attends Seaford Head School, played Rock Steady, Brazil Overture and Frantic on his drums and won the runner-up prize at the Rotary Regional Young Musician Final at St. Catherine’s School, Bramley on Sunday 20th March.
15-year-old Matt, the winner of the Rotary Club of Seaford’s Young Musician of the Year 2015, qualified for the regional final as runner-up in the Rotary District 1145 final on 27th February.
The standard of playing from young musicians from Kent, East and West Sussex, Surrey, Middlesex, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and parts of Hampshire, Buckinghamshire and Greater London was extremely high.
Seaford Rotary Club is delighted to have sponsored Matt in the Rotary Young Musician competitions, and we are very proud of his success. We wish him every success in the future.
